MECHANIZED MACHINING OF LARGE PARTS
UP TO 20 TONS STAHLER® uses CNC-controlled lateral and moving column machines to process large components weighing up to 20 tons and up to 6 meters long. WELDING TECHNOLOGIES
STAHLER® offers perfect welding solutions with an expert welding team and state-of-the-art welding equipment. In the metal active gas process (MAG welding) or tungsten inert gas welding process (TIG welding), an arc is created between an electrode fed by the machine and the workpiece. Shielding gas is supplied during this process to protect the molten metal from the adverse effects of the air atmosphere. A perfect weld creates a perfect joint between the two workpieces that does not become less durable over time due to corrosion or other stresses.
